About Me

As the world can feel increasingly fast-paced and fragmented, many of us find ourselves living several chapters ahead or stuck in pages from the past. We end up feeling distracted from our own lives and disconnected from the people—and the purpose—that matters most.

I believe that true growth happens when we learn to quiet the noise and show up for the present moment. Personally, I’ve navigated seasons where the challenges felt overwhelming and I needed support to find my footing again. As a counselor, it is my privilege to help you ground yourself in the here and now. Together, we will identify the obstacles holding you back and develop the intentionality needed to move toward a life of greater presence.

You’ll often find me adventuring with my wife and daughter, playing board games, trying new recipes in the kitchen, or watching Survivor. I also have a deep love for the theater—whether I’m acting, directing, or in the audience, I am always moved by the power of stories shared in community.
